Carole’s catered my wedding for 95 people on August 17th, 2013. Being a chef I have low expectations for catered events. It’s very difficult (near impossible) to get the food to an event hot, set-up in chafers and still have it taste good. Carole’s surpassed all my expectations. The food was incredible. Their was the perfect amount and all of our guests were thrilled with the menu choices. Some even commented that our food was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carole’s Catering to anyone looking for a caterer. I would also like to mention that being in the food industry I shopped my event around to all my fellow chefs and no one could touch Carole’s prices. I was impressed!
