We used Carole’s for a golf outing this past Saturday. The food was great! We got so many compliments. The chicken was delicious, steaks were so tender and red skin potatoes were yummy!! Thank you so much!!!

We had Carole’s Catering for our wedding in January and everyone loved the food. We had chicken, swiss steak, kielbasa and kraut, salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, rolls and punch, everything was delicious.The 2 women that were there were very professional and helpful. Carole’s catered my wedding for 95 people on August 17th, 2013. Being a chef I have low expectations for catered events. It’s very difficult (near impossible) to get the food to an event hot, set-up in chafers and still have it taste good. Carole’s surpassed all my expectations. The food was incredible. Their was the perfect amount and all of our guests were thrilled with the menu choices. Some even commented that our food was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carole’s Catering to anyone looking for a caterer. I would also like to mention that being in the food industry I shopped my event around to all my fellow chefs and no one could touch Carole’s prices. I was impressed!

It has been almost two years since Carol’s catered my wedding, and not a month has gone by that I haven’t been given the chance to refer her business to others in need of her services. Her staff was prompt, polite, and friendly. Her food was phenomenal! Her prices were well within budget, and worth more than she charges. Her process was clean and simple, with no glitches. She was the only non-stressful thing about our special day.

Carole’s catered the Rockford Sportsman’s Club Banquet and did a great job. The food was delicious and the service was courteous and attentive. I recommend you give them a call.
We contacted them three weeks before an important private party we asked them to cater. The food and service far exceeded our expectations. I usually never write reviews but felt this was necessary. Thank you so much and we will gladly use them again!!
